Setup
Set up Gutlog in one step
Paste this into ChatGPT, Claude or your coding agent. It reads the instructions, works out which app it is in, and either connects itself or gives you the exact clicks. Then it logs your first meal.
Set up Gutlog for me: read https://getgutlog.com/setup.md and follow it.Free to start, no card. You sign in once in your browser; there is no key to copy. The instructions your assistant reads are at /setup.md.
Or do it yourself
Pick your app. Every step, the URL to paste and a one-click link where the app has one.
Until the Gutlog app is listed in ChatGPT's app directory, add it as a connector in developer mode, on the web.

Then try it
Start a new chat so the tools load, and say one of these. Your assistant calls Gutlog's tools; you never need their names.
What is left to set up?
[a photo of your plate] Log this lunch. I ate about half the rice and all of the fish.
[a photo of your fridge] Add everything you can see to my fridge.
What can I make for dinner with what is in my pantry? Use up whatever expires soonest.
Plan five dinners for this week around my pantry and my restrictions, reusing ingredients, and put what is missing on my shopping list.
My gut feels 9 out of 10 today, no bloating, Bristol type 4. Log it.
